Slowly Slowly!!

Since getting back from the US, I have been focusing on getting back to work re the new direction of the Dare2Dream website. We have been working on filming some new documentaries to help show case what Dare2Dream is about, but also show casing some great talent and the interesting stories that are behind them.
Taking the brand to the next level, for me is a tough and challenging task. The most challenging task is reaching out to others to help me turn the brand into what I have hoped it could be for the past 13 years. Why this is tough is because a lot of the direction of the brand in the near future are needed to be made with other people and being able to co-ordinate these other people is difficult.
I am quite an impatient person by nature, so I want things to happen NOW. But I also see the importance of taking our time making the right decisions in the beginning, to help lay the right foundation to build the brand in the future.
At times like this where things are not happening as quickly as you would like, while you are depending on others to help make strides towards your goals, I like to go back to the goals and dreams of what you are achieving. I like to think about what it would feel like to achieve those goals as well as take a finer look at what I can do RIGHT NOW to improve the situation.
Is there is anything more I can be doing to help speed up the process or focus on the role I have and take that to another level?
If not, then just sit back, relax and enjoy the moment, cause that moment is all we have RIGHT NOW!
