For most of us, we have goals or things we would like to achieve. They may seem extravegant or out of our reach, but then they may also be extremely easy to reach.
Who determines which catergory they fall in?
Who determines whether we can or cannot achieve them?
Who determines when we might be able to achieve them?
The unsurprising answer to all of the above is- We Do!!
We have control over being able to answer each one of these questions with laser like precision, providing you have a great plan of attack put in place.
This is where most people begin the process of letting their success become dependant on other people and life itself!
Self doubt is something that a high percentage of people experience and this is like a cancer that spreads through our entire being, which in turn de motivates us to stay focused on the things that are important to helping us succeed.
I want you to have a think about what your goals are or what it is that you are setting out to achieve and create a list of the micro processes that you will need to implement everyday to help you achieve success.
Micro processes are the tiny, at times obvious aspects that we may unconsciously skip over, which are what I like to call the foundation builders. Without these, our foundations for success are unstable and with any type of resistance we see ourselves falling in a heap and going to back to step 1. Some micro processes might be to stretch for 10min a day, drink 1 litre of water, practise my visualisation or review my hands in my post game routine.
The most important thing is creating clarity of these micro processes, writing them down so our conscious mind has them stored at the front, easy to recall and easy to focus on. Once this is done, you need to then stay focused on implementing these micro processes everyday for a whole month.
I can guarantee that once you have created your micro processes, implemented them everyday for an entire month, you will have a feeling of confidence and belief that you WILL succeed like never before and this type of momentum is extremely difficult to stop!
