Refreshed and Ready To Roll:)

Well its just about time for the Aussie Millions to begin and Jackstar and I have spent the past week down in St Kilda recharging the batteries. We had a nice quite Xmas and NY and used St Kilda as a great opportunity to get some sun and relaxation, as the next few weeks is going to be flat out.
Over the weekend I headed out to Spring Valley golf course to watch one of my clients and mates play the final round of the Vic Open. Jonesy has been playing some great consistent golf over the past few months and is close to his 1st Win on the OZ Tour. He finished 4th this week and never had close to his A game, so was awesome to see how far he has come mentally to still finish so high up on the leaderboard.
I will be working with a lot of players during the Aussie Millions, with Joe Hachem, Brendon Rubie, Jackstar and the ususal crew focusing on playing their A game for every hand during a solid series.
I also have a new client coming down for some intensive work, trying to help him improve on his 2010 AM results. Barry Woods finished 2nd in the H/U event in 2010 and is looking to fine tune his Mental Game during this years event, so I am excited about helping him improve this important aspect of the game.
Fabian Na is also coming down again and is looking to improve on his 450th placing in the WSOP Main Event in 2010.
We will have Brendon and Larraine staying with us for a few weeks before we hopefully move into Crown Metropol for the last 10 days of the series to help us maintain a healthy sleeping pattern and exercise habits, as we live 30min from Crown and having that travel time eat into our day could be the difference between us bringing our A game or B- game to our jobs.
So this week is all about preparing and going over all clients notes in readiness for their sessions and making sure I know exactly what to watch for when railing them, as well as creating exercises and routines for those new clients to help them maximise thier performance and help them make that run to the Final Table.
Its going to be a hectic few weeks, but I am really excited about them as I have a feeling that a few of the D2D players are ready for multiple deep runs and I look forward to keeping everyone updated with the excitement along the way.
