Sometime's you have to disappear to find yourself!

Well I have been quite on the blogging front over the past few months, but I never been as focused or as productive as I have been in the past few months. Spending a month in Vegas during the World Series really helped me to decide that I need to focus on finding myself again, both personally and professionally.
I felt that over the past few years I had gotten caught up with certain aspects of my profession where I was losing touch with who I was as a person, as well as what my brand, Dare2Dream  was trying to accomplish!
So since Vegas I have been in lock down mode in preperation for creating an amazing product that I am passionate about, which is going to help inform and educate people on how they can become their absolute best.
I have begun to focus a lot on my own daily processes that I know help me become my absolute best. Things such as hitting up the gym everyday, training my mind to stay focused on the present as well as just appreciating the small things I have in my life. This has really helped me to stay focused on what I need to do RIGHT NOW to be able to achieve the results that I want for myself and Dare2Dream in the future.
Strengthening your mind to stay focused on the present is something I have been training my clients to achieve over the past 10 years, but for me it is crucial that I remind myself of that process as I have a tendency to get ahead of myself and get distracted from the here and now.
A few aspects that have helped me remain focused over the past few months is to prioritize what I spend my time doing and eliminate what I feel is not going to help me achieve my goals and dreams in the next few months.
Taking my bigger picture and breaking it down into small chunks has allowed me to stay focused and on track with the here and now and I must say, that this process has really made me smash the work load out in record pace. For most big picture people, we waste so much time thinking of the big picture that the quality of work we do in the here and now can at times get compromised, which in turn reduces our chances of ever achieving the bigger picture.
Breaking my big picture into small chunks has allowed me to deliver high quality work in the here and now which has also allowed me to believe that my big picture WILL turn into reality. There is no doubt in my mind that I will achieve the goals and dreams I have set out for myself and Dare2Dream, as the empowering feeling you get by controlling your mind to be in the here and now is something that I hope everyone gets the chance to experience.
If you feel you get lost at times in your journey towards achieving your goals and dreams, break things down into small chunks and focus on one chunk at a time and I am sure that the quality of your work will increase enormously, as will your belief in you reaching your goals and dreams.

Take some time to think about what is important to you and begin to prioritize what you spend your time not only doing, but also thinking about. If you can streamline these aspects, you will begin to deliver high quality, focused work on a daily basis and be moving closer and closer to turning your goals and dreams into reality!!
