Time To Breathe!!

The life of a poker player seems to be never ending, just a constant barrage of hands on offer and beautiful places to travel too. Im not a poker player but at times I feel like I may as well beSmile
I have just gotten back home from a 3 week trip to Macau and Cebu with a bunch of clients and obviously my better half, Jackie, who is a full time poker player.
The Live tournament scene just never seems to end with tournaments on offer just about every week of the year and the constant chase for the next big cash can be all to consuming, but this trip we found a place that we can totally switch off from the game and enjoy the surroundings!!
Cebu would have to be one of the most beautiful places to hold a poker tournament as they have activities such as Jet Skiing, Snorkelling, Pitch & Putt Golf as well as a host of other acvtivities, held within one of the most beautiful resorts you could hope for. This is a welcome surprise to the environment that most poker tournaments are held in and although can have a negative impact on whether or not you siwthc On properly for the tournaments, certainly helps you get over busting a lot quicker than most other events.
The Dare2Dream Team of players had a fairly successful series in both Macau and Cebu with Kristian Lunardi finishing 7th in the Macau Cup Main Event while Joe Hachem finished 6th in the High Rollers and Andy Hinrichsen went close to winning the event before finishing in 2nd place. The players then headed to Cebu for the APPT event where Andy went into Day with the CL before finally succumbing with AK on a K high flop Vs AA, but is close to getting his 1st Big Win.
It was left to Tony Hachem, with whom I had only begun working with the day before the 6 handed side event, to go on and Win the event for the first Win for the team on the felt of Asia. The win was Tony's first Win on overseas soil which is a great achievement and after winning an ANZPT event earlier in the year and also winning Back To Back ANZPT POY awards, cements himself as one of Australia's best players.
It was a great few weeks for me and I am looking to work closely with my team for the upcoming APPT Grand Final in Sydney as well as the Aussie Millions in January. I am also looking forward to being a consistent contributor the the PokerNews Stratgey Team of Coaches and I encourage you all to check out the videos including my New series, The Highway to Poker Success, which discusses the impact your Neural Highways have on your decisions as a poker player.
Here are a couple of links to video's of Dare2Dream during the trip to Macau and Cebu. Enjoy!!
